NHS Digital - Support Administrator
Location: Leeds (home working at present)
Hours: Monday - Friday (37.5 hours)
This is an ongoing temporary position with the possibility of a further extension at the discretion of the business requirements.
The Service Support Analyst in the Service Management Office (SMO) will provide diary/calendar and email box management to a small number of Senior level Managers & Leads.
The Service Support Analyst will:
* Monitor/manage diaries/calendars and email boxes
* Support SMO inbox requests including additional administrative duties across the wider team as required
* Continuously prioritise and re-prioritise the daily workload to accommodate unexpected urgent requests and working to conflicting deadlines
* Plan meetings and seminars in advance with external customers and producing minutes where required
Supporting SMO functions or processes with routine and/or automated applications
