A highly regarded Legal 500 firm is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor / Senior Associate / Partner in Oxford to join its growing Dispute Resolution team.

The Property Litigation Solicitor / Senior Associate / Partner in Oxford will play a key role in developing the firm’s property disputes offering, working on a broad range of high-quality residential and commercial matters.

You’ll advise a strong client base including HNW individuals, property companies, private landowners, leaseholders and tenant associations, with exposure to complex and varied disputes.

This opportunity will suit Oxford-based lawyers, those considering relocation to the area, and City lawyers looking to step away from the London commute while maintaining high-quality work and a better work-life balance.

The Role

• Managing a varied caseload of residential and commercial property disputes
• Advising on landlord and tenant matters, possession claims and boundary disputes
• Acting for HNW individuals, property investors and commercial clients
• Handling matters from instruction through to resolution with autonomy
• Working closely with partners on complex and high-value disputes
• Playing a key role in developing and growing the property litigation offering
• Contributing to networking, marketing and business development
• Delivering excellent client care across all matters

The Candidate

• 8+ PQE Property Litigation Solicitor or equivalent experience
• Strong background in residential and commercial property disputes
• Confident managing a full caseload with minimal supervision
• Experience or interest in business development and networking
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent client-facing and communication ability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commercial and solutions-focused approach
