Provide a first class onboarding service for clients transferring to TSW from retiring IFA/firms by way of processing client data, fees and third party agency transfers both accurately and in line with agreed timescales.
Ensure we engage with internal and external clients and providers in a professional, compliant and efficient manner.Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all Operational deliverables are actioned in accordance with agreed timescales, quality standards, regulatory and company requirements.
