Business Development Manager (B2B)

South East UK | Hybrid - London


We’re looking for a BDM to accelerate our client's SME B2B growth across the South (with scope to go national). They are a well known PE backed ISP company.


What you’ll do:

  • Own your territory + hit personal revenue targets
  • Prospect, book meetings, and run the full sales cycle end-to-end
  • Win new logos, build relationships, develop accounts
  • Create compelling proposals
  • Partner with Marketing on campaigns + fast lead follow-up
  • Sell innovative connectivity (Wireless Fibre / WiMAX, full-fibre business parks + more)


What you’ll need:

  • Proven SME new business wins + full-cycle sales experience
  • Track record of overachieving targets
  • 2+ years B2B sales - solution selling to a range of stakeholders
  • Tenacious hunter mindset + collaborative approach
